There was a time when drinking wasn’t something I did, it was genuinely my personality. Pints after work, rounds of shots at birthdays, beers to "unwind" after football. It was my routine, my release, my identity. But around the time I hit 27, it started to feel less like fun and more like a mindless routine I was stuck in.
