Men's support groups, at work.
We need more support for men, not less.
I once got laughed at for suggesting more companies need to have dedicated men’s resource groups.
Too many people don’t want to go near it: it’s a political/cultural hot potato.
Or worse, it’s treated less like a potato, more like a grenade. As though the thing itself is so dangerous and explosive that it contains nothing but harm.
But we’re talking about a group of people here who represent 50% of the global population, over 4 billion people.
And there are plenty of stats that speak for themselves around men’s health on why we must do more for men.
So why are we so resistant to this topic?
