Men and women working together.
Collaboration, not conflict.
Men need women, and women need men.
That will be a sentence that doesn’t sit well with those who sit at the extremes of the debate.
But the truth is that neither side can make the real progress we need without the other.
That’s why I was delighted to take to the stage with Kristina Mänd-Lakhiani, one of the co-founders of Mindvalley, at their annual conference a couple of weeks ago to talk about this very topic.
Our conversation got into some more “taboo” areas, where we talked about things like how sexism impacts men and how women can reclaim traits that have often been labelled as “masculine”.
