This building below is where I used to have therapy.
I used to travel up there once a week on a Wednesday, and at the time my only mission was just trying to make it through each day.
I was totally consumed by thoughts of not wanting to be here anymore.
First thing I thought about when I woke up, last thing I thought about when I went to bed.
It was utterly relentless.
But I walked back past this building last week, and it was a real full circle moment for me. And here’s the lesson that it gave me about perspective.
